The Matsuri is located at 1000 Hilltop Circle, Baltimore, MD 21250. ​
The Matsuri will be held in the 3rd floor of the University Center
You will able to park at the permit parking spots after 7:00 P.M.
Metered parking are free after 7:30 P.M.
